Most budgeting apps charge $15 a month and keep all of it. Grove charges $9.99, and $8 of that goes directly to a financial literacy nonprofit you choose from a curated list we trust.
The $1.99 we keep covers infrastructure, development, and the people building it. No tiers, no upsells, no premium version. Everyone gets the same thing.
You get a tool that genuinely helps you. Someone who never had access to financial education gets a little closer to it. We get to keep the lights on.

No banners. No sponsored content. No partners who paid to appear in your feed. The 20% we keep is the only money Grove makes. That is intentional and it will not change.
We will never sell, share, or monetize your financial information. It stays on your device. This is not a policy we can quietly update later. It is the foundation everything is built on.
Every month Grove publishes a public ledger showing total donations collected, which nonprofits received what, and when it arrived. Every member gets a personal donation receipt too. No faith required.
The moment Grove requires a tutorial, a methodology, or a settings deep-dive to be useful, we have failed. Simple is the whole point and we intend to protect it.
